Hi Sappy. Welcome to the forum, hope you find it useful. The green band 'All about asthma' along the top of the page has lots of really good information. Also, if you have a particular query try using the Search box on the left hand side (type in key words) and that will bring up previous posts on the subject.

Thanks x

Hi and welcome, I am sure as you get informed your head will get clearer.

Take care.

I hope so thank you gill x

Hi Sappy and welcome to the forum! I can understand how you're feeling at the moment as I've been going through a similar experience myself. Diagnosed several months ago, came as quite a shock, didn't really know anything about asthma and has taken time to get used to it - i.e. identify triggers, find combination of meds that controls symptoms, get used to the idea of being dependent on meds, etc. But the people on this forum have been so supportive and helpful and I'm sure you will find the website really useful too. Feel free to PM any time. xx
