hot, hot, hot here too am in sunny sussex this morning. Not ventured out side yet but it feels so warm to me!

Hi Geina. I know where you're coming from. The hot weather plays havoc with my sinuses and throat and I usually end the day without a voice. Even the meds don't help. What makes matters worse is that the council workers mowed the grass in the park next to where I live yesterday so you can imagine the effect that is having.

Take care. Dave.

Looks beautiful outside here in London! I love the way summer looks, and the brightness of the light, the fact that everyone seems more cheerful, and being warm, but anything over about 24 degrees and I just become a limp rag and am no use to man nor beast!

Don't think I'm planning to leave the house today, though I do intend to enjoy the sunshine from the safety of my resting place by the (north-facing) window!

Up in Inverness, we havent had a sunny day since the start of May! We have had rain almost everyday! Would love a bit of sun, just for a change! Hope the warm weather doesnt affect you to badly and you can enjoy it a little at least!

Grandson's other Granny and Grandad coming up from Greenwich soon. Hope they bring the weather with them. Bright but overcast in Barrhead.

Hi folks I am new to posting, so here goes !! Dont know if anybody is intressted in this website, it provides info for local weather around the world. NOAA.WEATHER.GOV left click on INTERNATINAL WEATHER, pick a country. If it's the UK pick a location, that way you can keep tabs on weather conditions at an airport near you. I like using this site as I have family around the country & I am nosey about there weather !!

OMG the temp here in Ryde Isle of Wight is (drum roll please) 24.5 degrees C according to our local weather station! Pollen count High... We are due thunder storms later this evening - bring them on - although actually asthma worse when thundering...

Could have please ask for weather / air quality that doesn't affect my asthma???!! Um maybe too much to ask. lol

29c in my back garden...east facing so not total sunshine...also very humid and sticky not enjoying that part of the weather! Am enjoying the sunnyness! And the fact have got two loads of washing dry nad now have a very full ironing basket but a very empty laundry basket! Sending the weather northwards toward scotland. Sitting in the lounge watching the tennis windows open trying to catch the breeze. Got to work tommorow so hoping not so hot!

33.5 here on Monday. Closely followed by around 29 yesterdAy accompanied by thunderstorms and heavy rain yesterday eve which started to flood some local roads where drains couldn't cope all cleared up by arOund nine last night ! Looking like Another hot one today x

Hoping for a slightly cooler one here today. Weather forecast says 22 degrees, which would be pleasant! Assuming they have a bed for me (waiting for the call now), I'm trekking across London to the Brompton, which would be no fun at all in sweltering heat. Or rain, for that matter. So let's just keep things as they are now, at least until I arrive, ok?
