It is with great saddness that I say goodbye to each and everyone of you. The only time I'll come on here now, will be to share news with you about my fight for justice for dad as I promised.
I have said before that this isn't the same place as it was a year ago and I don't say that in a negative way. There are some people on here who I have come to hold in high regard and who have been there for me from day one. When I have been feeling down, you picked me up. When I was troubled, you settled me. When I was hurting, you became my plasters. The advice and help I have been given has been invaluable at a time when I was often in despair at having to watch a loved one fade away. Maybe that's why it isn't the same for me anymore, with dad not being here.
There are some who have become good friends and always will be, and there are some who have already left who are missed. But to those who have a personal experience of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, you are my heroes. To all those with any lung condition, I salute you for you are all fighters and deserve the best.
Love to you all,
Tanya

Tanyamarie I will be sad not to see you on here and to see your reasonable and supportive posts. However I totally understand your reasons for doing so at this time in your life.
Please do let us know how you get on in your 'fight for justice for your Dad'.
You have so much to offer, especially to carers. Whatever you do hun I would like to wish you peace, joy and happiness in the future.
whatever your decision I wish you lots of happiness you deserve it. I hope you do stay as I believe you have so much to offer not only to suffers of lung disease but to carers. We need more input from carers.I think we lost two members at the weekend both were full of valuable information and it would be sad to lose another wise person like yourself. Please take very good care of yourself and good luck for your fight for justice, God bless. Best wishes Julie xxxxxxx
It seems a shame for you to go when I have only just learned to spell your name. Surely you don't want to waste all the studying I have done. Please stay. Bob xxx

Tanya, I for one am sorry to see you go as I am in the same boat as you, my dad has pulmonary fibrosis and we are also fighting the hospital re his treatment, I would love to know how you get on with your good fight! It would have been good to compare things, but I can understand you moving on now your dad has passed and you got help and support from people on here, but please do remember there are people like me who need good advice from someone who has walked this path before me, my dad got rushed back in to hospital yesterday as he collapsed again, and each time he gets rushed back in I dread what will happen. Good luck Tanya. X
Please keep in touch tanyamarie as this site won't be the same without you. You are such a fighter and I personally wish you all the luck in the world in getting justice for your lovely dad. Lung disease is a terrible thing and destroys lives but so many people on here are living with terrible health problems and getting through day by day as best as they can. I do wish you well and look forward to hearing from you again very soon. Take care. xxxxx
you have made a wonderful contribution to this site, thanks all best wishes xx
Tanya, you are a good daughter, you fought for treatment for your dad when he was alive and now you are going to fight for justice for him. I have pulmonary fibrosis due to rheumatoid arthritis. If you have any spare fight in you could you fight for more money to be directed towards lung research. Please take care of yourself and good luck with your fight.
Hwyl fawr, pob Iwc, (goodbye and good luck in Welsh) Your fight for justice for your dad is inspiring and it will be nice to hear news as and when you can.
I've not been on here often lately because my hubby is so unwell, needs care which is getting harder for me to do also with my own lung condition.
Tanyamarie stay strong, don't know Welsh for "bye for now".
