I am not fat I am the wrong weight for my height on the nurses chart as weight adds on I get shorter in my experience I have no excuses for this nature makes the laws.

I have lost 3" - wasn't tall in the first place and I am spreading, I think. I haven;'t had the courage to weigh myself. But A GSOH can weigh quite heavy as well.

Temporarily taller than wider a course of steroids is a remedy for this please do not ask how I know this when everything heads southwards.

My friends husband told her she wasn't fat the coat she was trying on was just too small. He then got her the next size up and said there it fits you perfectly you look beautiful.

I do a very good impression of a weeble, (remember those toys) I just love my food so much. Know its not good to be overweight but I`m a comfort eater as well which does`nt help.
