I am going to second that, just had Jan talk to me about my condition. I find the Doctors dont have time to explain things and the GP nurses have no idea. Jan answered loads of questions I have had, but no one could explain to me. And dont forget Jo the benefits advisor who has been wonderful. They all deserve Brownie points.

Last June after about 18 months of tests. All you ever get from the local nurses is keep warm and stop smoking....I gave up over 10 years ago!!!!!!!!!!!

I rang the help line and asked about sleep Apnoea and received loads of info today. Great Service!! This gives me the ammo I need when I see the doctor

I rang them last week and the operator said she'd get a nurse to ring me back STILL WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
