Woke up o.k. this morning then somehow before I got out of bed I cricked my neck, had trouble cleaning my teeth and brushing my hair not sure how I got dressed but am dreading tonight getting undressed. Have rubbed it with gel and had my cherry pillow on it, no difference. Any ideas to ease the pain please?

Sorry Polly I think apart from pain killers I don't think there is much you can do. Try to keep it moving as you may cease up and effect the muscles in your back. Hope you recover soon.xx

Can only suggest strong pain killers before you go to bed, a cricked neck is horrible.

It will get better, but takes time, not nice, most uncomfortable. Try an orthopedic pillow if you can ,i have one, helps my neck, they are wonderful.take painkillers and try hot water on your neck, or sometimes cold compress works, but not ice, too drastic. hope gets better soon.
