susiecue, you could try a firm called pure 02 they do portable oxygen,and also oxygen concentrators all for hire or purchase ,this firm can be found online but they will need your oxygen prescription.

As above but you could also try a firm called Smile Rehab. They're very helpful.

It's not difficult finding the suppliers. They advertise in 'Breathing Space' or you can enter 'Portable Oxygen Concentrator' in your computer's search engine. The real problem is finding truly independent advice about which unit best suits your needs and pocket - and also knowing what the pros and cons are. No one seems to have done any comparitive work on these machines..

You could look at ukinspain.fco.gov.uk/en/hel... but I think that the procedure is very tortuous and there is no guarantee of success. When you say, in response to previous posts, that ",I found them helpful but to not suitable for my budget" does this mean that you expect portable oxgen to be provded for you at no cost so you can take it abroad. If so, then I think that you are going to be very disappointed.
