Since other night i have had runy nose but no coulerd mucus but i have tryed carring on but feel like really bad ........ Is it a cold trying to take hold have had like a strain pain intermiterly in chest ..... I know i am scik of all these germs wouldn't mind but not even mine

I don't know but maybe you should wear a vest. 
I'm in the same situation at the moment daz ..... all the symptoms of a cold, chesty cough, but no change in the colour of the phlegm I'm coughing up, and it's a very 'loose' cough
For the past couple of days I've been debating on whether to start my 'rescue pack' of antibiotics and steroids, but don't really want to if it's not a chest infection I've got.
I'm going to ring my gp's surgery tomorrow and see what they suggest, and would recommend that you do the same

Hi thanks think it is a cold trying it on ... Took paracetamol when kids come round feel tad better ... Dont know if it was trying to do to much or cold but feel tad better surpose iys just part an parcil of our conditions
