Tribunals Are A Joke ... Mine Was Refused He Did Very Good Job At Not Being Independent Doctor Was Ok Tho But I Don;t Think I Have Quite Had My Say To Judge Yet
But With My Case My Doctor GP Did Not Submit My Medical History ..... On My Breathing Blackout Ect Ect ...... Government Conspiracy Comes To Mined

Hi Gary, i hope u get a good outcome, ive been down that road and got mine through the post the next day, i was awarded low care, wasnt what cab thought id be entitled too as that was high mobility and middle care, but was a small step in right direction. Think alot of it depends on who you get on the day, im too tired to fight it at the moment so just have to be happy with the 20. per wk although how that is suppose to help me pay for care is beyond me.
