Glad I decided to click for 'community members only', although a bit late. Just been on Facebook and one of my BLF blogs is on there.

How would that happen Lib??
Unless a blog is protected (ie for members' eyes only) it can be picked up anywhere on the web. However, as we do not give our true identities I don't think it matters much. Gordon will probably be able to explain more fully. x
I know nuttin' (Sgt. Shultz in 'Hogans Heroes')
I'm not on the BLF Facebook so have no idea what is being copied over to that system, although I can understand why they do it if it's helping to spread information to a wider audience.
Otherwise it's more or less as you describe here, anyone can see, it goes on Google and wherever else looks at sites like this.
If you click the F like symbol under you blog you share it to facebook even if you have marked it community members only. Only the original poster can do this so just maybe that is what you did by accident?
Oh I forgot someone can copy and paste also so if something confidential is copied and has been for Community Members only then BLF should be able to see which members have checked that blog and by a process of elimination find out who. However wont work on an open blog. I asked when I wanted to share a joke that is the safest way xxx
Stitch it was on my Facebook profile, so I suppose only people who know me can read it.
Must have done as jandan says and clicked the F like symbol.

After reading this, I went into panic mode and went onto facebook, I dont use it often and was worried my posts might have appeared on my page
If only, if only I had read all the comments first, I would have seen Jandan's post, I wouldnt have had such a panic
