Has snowed all day here in Shropshire, but Dennis says it's thawing - icicles are melting.
Yesterday watched a blackbird eating ivy berries and a sparrow hawk swooped down and somehow the blackbird got away. I know it's nature but pleased the hawk missed his lunch because it won't be long before that blackbird wakes me up with his song.

Hi there its still snowing here in Coventry, has been all day and the icicles are still solid . But they sure look pretty from the window. Haven,t seen any birds today so it was nice to hear about yours.Keep warm and have a nice evening
Snowing in North Herts. Normally liking to get out each day - quite cosy indoors watching an old film. Eating malt bread, a cup of tea. Not bad love Annie80xx
We have slight thaw here, but still cold, some light snow earlier but not much to speak of. The crows are making a nusance of themselves in my garden at the moment, stealing the little birds food and trying very hard to disloge their feeders to get at the contents.
