Lots here too (Shropshire/South Staffs border). Roads terrible where we live and not enough traffic to clear them. I hope my husband gets home from work OK, its much worse than when he went out at 6.30 this morning.

A lady - a very distressed lady, both vehicles spun round her car was worse off. Dennis told her to go home - carefully.

A lady, a car and snow, sounds like disaster too me. Dennis did'nt stand a chance did he! :) :)

Solihull, West Midlands, the snow is coming down thick and fast and I think it is in for the day (like me). Can't see the difference between the road and the pavement now.

We are hibernating until it has all gone, we have plenty in the freezer but the one thing we fancy (hot chocolate) we havn't got. Never mind.

Just seen the poor postman plodding down the path, thank goodness we have the choice of staying in.

We are covered in the south, steady flow continues.

Were snowed in here on the side of the Malvern Hills. My wife has stayed home from work but unlucky for her and thanks to modern technology she can do some work from home. Ha Ha there's no escape like in the old days. I guess she could always loose internet connection if you know what I mean!. Personally I'm enjoying looking out at the white out as long as we don't get a power cut and it dos'nt go on too long it make's a welcome change.

Same here farther south in the Midlands, My neighbour called when he was taking the dog for a walk to see if I needed anything from the shops. Its around four to six inches here and looking like more to come. Keep warm and save everyone.
