My pleasure.
Hi what a good idea, we published it (with permission from CarrieMe ) in our Breathe Easy news letter and everyone loved it, lots of people said they have cut it out to keep.
I have laminated it and use it as a bookmark.
polly xx
Thank you Polly

I am absolutely amazed to discover that my poem has stuck in your mind and that some of you have actually kept it.
I don't know what to say, other than I'm so glad some of you have found it helpful.
Carrie
I found it enabled me to look at myself as others might.
I could relate it to when seven years ago I developed a serious back problem ( they can not operate ) I lost my job and identity and felt very alone although (good family support) it took me awhile, then recently I have been diagnosed as having non reversible chronic asthma,, more woe is me!
That poem helped me so much, as well as puff and the other dragons poem,.
I feel more positive now and wanted the new members to read it as well. It was a lovely blogg, I hope you can write some more, you have a knack of putting things in perspective,
