Saw the consultant last night IV antibiotics started! Breathing still very poor he is also asking for bloods to see about levels, could be some side effects to some medication I have been on for a fungus in the lung - (anti fungals.) Your guess is as good as mine would love to be home by the weekend, will continue IV antibiotics at home when discharged. Val x

Thank you x

Have you ever been stable Val ? ha ha, never mind once you are back home you can get back to work as admin. care worker, sorting out other peoples problems.

Just look upon it as another holiday hotel while your there, no need to rush back

Doubt whether the I.V. s will be for treating side effects of anything, there must be an infection, they should have done bloods on admission, not just talking about it.

get well soon

I know the feeling, when I was in, just couldnt wait to get out and home. They did let me out for 4 hours at a week end to see my family at home. Still its better they complete the job in hand and hopefully you will not have to go in again. Keep smiling. Thinking of you x
