Hi Stitch, unfortunately the smoking is still a problem, been a heavy smoker for over 40 years now , and to be honest I think I am a lost cause with regards to kicking the dirty habit. yes I look foward to joining in if I can

Hi Stella

Welcome to the site.

If you've not attended one yet I always recommend pulmonary rehabilitation; your GP or Consultant can refer you for the course. Sometimes there is a waiting list to get on one but well worth it, just helps us manage out symptoms and condition better.

Good wishes

stella.hello & welcome from me.giving up the dreaded weed is much easier than the little man sitting on your shoulder tells you it is ! i was a 60-70 a day smoker for over 40yrs.i stopped overnight with the help of champix & a vision of a visit from the grim reaper.i still crave for a ciggie on occasions of course, but the cravings dont last too long.they come &go.be brave take them on.your determination will defeat them.take care good luck

Hi

Just joined myself tonight and put up a question, just like everyone else, looking for advice and support.

So god t know there are people out there with support-advice and at the end of a computer.
