Another Chest infection!

Another chest infection, I am sick of it, coughing can't breath properly or walk from one room to the other aching joints, can't sleep, no appetite and totally fed up.

Sorry I know you are all the same, but this site helps so much to know you are not alone. Take care everyone, & remember warmer weather will be here soon.

Hi austral I know how you must be feeling I was like that when I got infection last year it took ages for me to shift and then recover. There are times when I still feel like it so you aren't alone in this so don't worry. You take care of yourself and have a good night 😊 Bernadette xx

Hello austral, believe me you are not alone, it is very depressing not to get better. Two years ago I was the same, infection after infection and steroids and antibiotics again and again.

It takes ages to recover and it is even harder when you not as mobile because you are getting out of breath very easily...me too, believe me. But don't give up you will get better again it's just take time, take all the time you want to get better again. You keep yourself warm and take care of yourself!! 🌹🌹🌹🌹

Hi Austral

I’m the same one flare ip after another back on antibiotics again. Getting to a point where I wished I could sleep and this mucus would get lost.
