Well I have sent my letter of complaint in and also e mailed a copy to the oxygen lead for Northumberland watch this space will keep you posted Val

The only way to go Val, well done. When we changed to Dolby Vivisol in March we had some problems I complained to the Oxygen lead for South East Coast & had very positive response from him.

Things have improved but they have a way to go before they actual meet the new contract criteria.

Well done and hope you get some answers. I had a very pleasant chat with someone in regulatory affairs yesterday and today and he was very helpful and apologetic for the latest debacle. I still want to write it all down but that will have to wait until after the weekend. I am organising an Olympic-nic for a group of friends and children at the local park tomorrow then away at the weekend. Bet I will be exhaisted come Monday!

Thanks - the Olympicnic went really well. the kids all got a medal for taking part and sweets for prizes! Definitely been feeling better with the warmer weather - it helps the mood as well. Have a good weekend
