from my point of view .... no doubt whatsoever.

if i started getting stressed at work the first thing i would do is get breathless and grab my inhaler.

okay as you can see above (the reason why i asked) it will come in handy thanks Krazylady :)

There are a number of different types of Asthma this means the affects can be different for different types but stress is not good for anyone, even if you do not have an illness keeping stress down will be a positive step in your life.

Talk to your docs if you need help with stress getting counseling will help understand the problems that are making you feel bad.

this info is not for me but i will tell the person whomit is for to go see a doc . she takes her BROWN inhaler in the morning and in the evening and takes her BLUE inhaler whenever she needs to is that what she should do ?

the reason why i asked is because my mother has asthma and she says that when she is stressed her asthma is worse.

hi may,

when i first got my inhalers i was taking the brown morning and night and blue when required - now i have the purple one instead of the brown one.- maybe you should get mum to see her Dr again

get a medication MOT so to speak
