Yes use one all the time Dott it can be freezing cold still have the fan on plus electric blanket would you believe ! the cold on your face does help Val
Must have a window open all the time or have a problem getting anything to breathe put extra clothing on if it is cold.
kind regards Ethel
Hi Do, Val, Ethel -yes i would agree totally. I have a ceiling fan above my bed that I would not be without, and a fan on an adjustable height stand for the lounge or to move to any room as needed. They are quite inexpensive too.
Hi all,
yes I fully agree, have the fan on all the time need to feel the air circulating.
It's a strange thing though because I find being out in the wind makes me breathless.?
Best wishes
Jo
apparently it's something like the reaction to diving - rather than taking breath away, your body doesn't need as much oxygen ! handy
Have a easy breezy day
I use one all the time irrespective of the weather or temperature. Seems to make things much easier. Not sure why. As someone else pointed out being in the wind can literally take your breath away!
Hi all,
Iv`e had a fan in the bedroom for a long time, when I first went to see my pulmonary physio he also recommended I buy a hand held fan which I carry around with me. I must say its Brill, bought it from Boots and it cost me £4. 49p a bargin.
Regards Linda
Thank you for so much information the diving is beyond my understanding all I know is what is helping my breathing
Yes about same cool air is good cold wind has the the breath out of you do not understand why
