I am one of the Helpline officers at the BLF helpline, my role involves answering incoming calls.dealing with some of the enquiries myself or passing them through to the other helpline staff, so I may have already spoken to some of you already. I enjoy working on the helpline as we get to speak to and help people with lots of different queries from needing oxygen to travel, or someone wanting further information on managing their lung condition. So if any of you need any advice or anything then give us a call.
Regards
Terrel.

Good to know there is help available when needed....Dorothy
Thanks, that's good to know. Do you check out the blog for issues you can advise us all on via the blog ? there have been a few times when BLF input could have been handy. It could also be a way of communicating pieces of advice that you find are commonly sought on phone calls.
