It's nice talking to people who are really interested in the mill and have some interesting things to say as well. It was absolutely cloudless here (for a change), but I'm very glad you had just enough cloud to enhance your picture.

Very well done Blackbird8.

I'd heard about the eclipse. We were out early in the morning and most of the day. Before leaving home I located a protection lens from my welding shield before leaving the house. The idea being to use it to see the eclipse wherever we were at the time.

We were walking through town and it went totally out of my mind and forgot all about it!

Realised when arriving back home later in the day and seeing the protection lens in my bag!

I have the darkest sun glasses but even your not supposed to use them but I did as I was out walking the dogs during it ...Lol regards your welding shield never mind next time you can get it out for your use ...have a lovely Sunday 😍

Samsung phone same as yours.. video stops working some days the pictures are awful and the other days the pics are amazing....It's me being lazy to go and swap it over 😴 😂😂
