Hi all, I hope it's okay to post this. Early in 2024 I learned I had mild COPD. I panicked, I thought my life was over, I consulted Dr Google.
Then, thank goodness, I found this wonderful forum! I read everyone's posts, but I haven't contributed very much over the past few months, partly because of general life stuff (work problems, and starting a new job in November 2024) and also due to other health issues (costochondritis - probably spelled incorrectly! - IBS, and peripheral neuropathy. 2024 has been a singularly tough ride. There were times when I wanted done with it all. But, somehow, I'm still here and feeling largely positive about life, and that has a great deal to do with feeling connected with this forum even if I'm a silent lurker!
Happy New Year to all! xx
