I know it's chillier this morning no frost as yet . I love a fresh crisp frost kills all the bugs ...I wear shorts most of the year round for walking I get very warm very quickly 😍

You’re just like my husband, he wears shorts all the year round - except to funerals 😁

He’s known in our village as ‘the man in shorts who rides his bike. He’s really fit and he’s 82, lucky man!

Lovely photo BB and glad to hear you are feeling a little better. There was a little frost when I opened the blinds this morning but could feel the cold when I got out of bed, maybe near to putting the heating on. The good thing is it's nice and sunny this morning x

A lovely pic and I wish you well, as I am soaking up the sun in Santorini Greece. A few weeks ago I attended a consultation with a respiratory consultant. He organised a high resolution ct scan of my chest- repeated exacerbations of asthma. It has revealed cylindrical bronchiectasis in my right lower lung. So on my return have an appointment for cardio pulmonary physio. At least it is not cystic! I have never smoked but got asthma up and until 5 yrs. returned when I was 21yrs. I am now 69 although I feel 18 😜.

That's a 'good morning!' photo for sure! Wish it would get cooler here. We just went through a hurricane, lots of tree debris and still temperatures around 87* F, 30*C. Too hot to do much clean up.
