Our members tell us that not only does it physically help their lungs but it makes them feel that they belong. We have both online and in person groups so you can join no matter where you live.

We even have an international group!”

Thought I’d share as great information and all in one place . Seen many questions asked on these issues/ themes many times, so thought it might help at least someone out there.

Sometimes things are not easy to find online, and you have to be a mind reader to know where to even start looking! Great when it’s all there, neatly in front of you. I hope you get benefits from one or more things. Take care and all best, 🤗
