Pulmonary Hypertension and Sarcoidosis

Hi Everyone [again!] Just wondering if anyone has Pulmonary Hypertension caused by sarcoidosis of the lungs? I was diagnosed with sarcoid around 15 years ago, when it was found by accident on a chest xray [scarring very obvious - does the scarring mean fibrosis?]. Goodness knows how long I had it before then, before it was picked up. Had lung function tests back then, results not great, semi regularly over a few years, then my visits to my respiratory specialist petered off as my anxiety got worse. No medication was given, just a symbicort inhaler to take daily. No real symptoms of any lung issues/Pulmonary Hypertension until last 2 years where I get short of breath climbing stairs/hills etc. Was accidentally diagnosed with mild to moderate PH when in hospital 2 years ago. I'm just starting to make some sense of this all. or I could be totally on the wrong track. I'm seeing my GP tomorrow to get a referral organised, and I know many of you would probably be thinking to just wait until tomorrow, but I'd really like to know if anyone has a sarcoid/Pulmonary Hypertension connection and your experience with it? Thank you to anyone who could help me.
