A busy foreground Ern. 🐔🐔And the house looks pretty sturdy to me! How about a large haystack or a resplendent chuck taking up most of the space? Yea, I'm pushing your boundaries! But I do like the two chucks, and I like how you have positioned the black one, (There's always some kind of symmetry in your paintings. )The clouds of course have your signature touch and I love them to bits! 🐔

Thank you Greenthorn I am considering an Amrican Style Barn and wind sock, for the next single Folk art. I liked the chucks, then I like painting birds. Yes a busy foreground, that was to allow depth , not sure it worked as it should

The sky depicts how it has been recently to spite all the hot weather everyday there as been some cloud. Love the different colour flowers , its like a small farm in Wales or Scotland with the mountains in the rear I can feel the summer breeze while looking at it . Sorry I am no good at painting I'm a jigsaw person like starting the picture and heading to the final piece . Had a freind who used to mount finished jigsaws in a frame for the wall. My sister & husband are picture framers. Thats a brilliant pastime please keep sharing enjoy your day xx

Thank you katieoxo60 - Anne is a jigsaw person. my youngest daghter bought her a puzzle. picture was Van Gogh's Starry Night. drove Anne crackers. Picture Framersm brillliant and could be lucrative. xx

katieoxo60 in reply to Ern007

If your wife wants a real stretcher she should try the round cat jigsaw or the smarties one they take yonks to complete but gives you real satisfaction . One I have not tried is the baked beans one, as you can guess I am a glutton for challenges. I have one at the moment called Hoverton Gardens in Norfolk , it a real old worldy cottage with a massive flower garden all different colours. plus another one I call afternoon tea as its just a picture of loads of chocolate & cream cakes with drinks. I bought it from the charity shop when out with my stepdaughter . Maybe I should take up painting like you but my hand tremor and poor sight might make it a bit like a kiddies slap s dash painting. Enjoy the rest of your day both x
