another question. . .
Feel exactly the same , all I want to do is just rest don't feel like moving ,nor do I feel like eating much cooler weather on the way.
Could be that you are breathing using your auxiliary muscles - neck and shoulder- instead of diaphragm - something I tend to do. Try breathing using the diaphragm- the stomach should rise and fall (so they tell me 😁)
Yes indeed. Humidity is what finishes me off!
I find it very difficult in hot weather too, can't sleep or breathe the same,be glad to see cooler weather.
Yes, the humidity makes me feel a giant hand is pressing on my lungs, restricting them. As another has said, use diaphragm breathing to help counter this.
I feel the same and also, as someone else said, I’m finding eating a chore which is an issue for me as I’m underweight. Maybe a dehumidifier might help you? I’ve got one and it was a help but it packed up the other day! Hopefully this weather won’t go on too much longer.
For me it's more the stuffiness or humidity rather than high temperatures that I find more difficult.
I agree. I feel absolutely energyless. Its' the humidity which does for me.
I have copd I have had the same I was getting myself abit anxious but I'm sure it's the hot weather the air is dry just no moisture circulate in the air
hoping so just looked at the weather forecast and is supposed to be cooling down abit in the next few days so hopefully the humidity will as well I get anxious too when my breathing goes funny or aches where I don’t usually get 😊 hoping it’s better for us all soon take care xxx
