First time nebulising update

Morning everyone, firstly thank you to everyone who responded to my request for advice on using a nebuliser for the first time. It’s very humbling how friends on this forum are always willing to help.

So I’ve used it, it was strange because my lungs felt quite wheezy whereas I’m never aware of wheezing normally. I’ll be repeating today because those mucus plugs are very stubborn and have obviously hidden themselves in the smallest cavities 😁.

I really appreciate all your help. Thank you Jo xx

I find guaifenesin to be the best mucous buster. It is over the counter, also called Mucinex at a very expensive cost. I take the 600 mg x2 but there is a 1200mg version. I take it most days, and have lowered the days of plugs considerably.
