I'm glad that's now official, though it's rather stating the obvious. I'm afraid lung troubles are the poor relation of diseases and people resign themselves to having a 'smokers cough' or 'old age' without being encouraged to go for a check up. Doctors aren't necessarily much better. I wish mine had tested me for COPD much earlier than they did.

Unfortunately the problem is,a lot of people are struggling to get a drs appointment,so unless that changes,the 1st port of call could delay diagnoses x
