Welcome to the forum Dawn, good to meet you. Iβm carer for hubby Pete who has sarcoidosis, asthma and COPD. Youβll find many friendly people on here so any questions ask away. None of us are medically qualified though. You certainly have a lot to deal with l must say.
Take care xxx

Sarcoidosis is a hard I feel for your husband. How is he doing ?π€
Id rather talk to real people.
The other forum wasn't friendly.
Thank you for reply ing to me hugs sweetie Dawn π€π€π€ππ€π€
Pete is doing ok thank you and used to go to the Royal Brompton hospital for sarcoidosis but canβt get there now due to other health issues. He has heart problems too but will see the consultant on the 23rd about that.
The people on here are lovely so Iβm sure youβll get other replies too. Xxxπ€πβ€οΈ
Hi sweetie,I live in Oxford.
I discharged myself years ago as I couldn't get to the hospital myself. And before I got a wheelchair the walk to get the tests was impossible π .
I can barely walk. Toilet back once I've rested.
I only have a heart murmur.
I hope your husband is feeling ok today sweetie πand youπ€.
Id like to feel ok but my long flare is still continuing.
I'm struggling to breathe off and onπ,
Hope you have a great day sweetie hugs π€π€π€ππππ
Not a bad day today Dawn but itβs raining outside.
We live in West Sussex and itβs becoming very built up where we are. Still nice though.
Pete also struggles with his breathing but I look after him as best l can.
Enjoy your day and take care π€©ππ©·π€

It's been cloudy here today but thankfully no rain yet!
our weather here in the midlands says the same - knowing how reliable the met office's piece of seaweed is shall have the wellies and sou'wester on standby!
Good morning Dawn, lovely to see you on this forum as well as Fibro one. There's a lot of activity on here, not like the COPD forum. We're a friendly bunch and if you have any questions I'm sure you'll find answers on here. ππ
I felt shut out on the Copd forum. Only you welcome d me.I'm very anxious about how much I've to do today.
Got a new watch. It said I napped all night.
Can't wait for my bed bath at 10 am. OT Will be coming to. And I've to speak to my Gp in between.
My brain fog is pretty prevalentππ΄
How you doing sweetie π?π€.
It's not that you were shut out, it's not a very active forum. You do have a busy day, hope it all goes well when you speak to your GP and when OT visit you.
My brain fog is also in attendance today, well it has been for what seems like forever, I even saw my GP about it, I had a scan and memory test, came out with nearly top marks on the memory test and the scan was clear, therefore it is Fibro fog.
Luckily my COPD is pretty much under control, I do get SOB more now, but it's not too much of a problem as I use my rescue inhaler and that sorts it out.
I'm going out to lunch today with my hubby and his sister, we go to our local pub where the food is wonderful, just like home cooking really.
And the sun β is shining so that's a bonus too.
Take care and gentle hugs, Lesley x
Welcome Dawn. I have no experience of your various illnesses, but there are plenty of people who will be able to give you advice if you need it. This is a nice forum to be on- plenty of humour from some funny, brave people. Best wishes.

Hi Dawn.We are a friendly lot on this forum so Welcome.
I was diagnosed with Severe COPD 2010 still here although my life is a slower pace thesedays. I find it best to concentrate on what you can do and not dwell on what you can't.
We all get our down days but after just being through a horrendous few months where my daughter was diagnosed with cancer, we have come out the other end and grateful for every single second.
Our Positivity and faith got us through and we are looking ahead and realising there is always someone worse off . We have been fortunate where her cancer was caught early so a reminder to always have your checks when due.
Take care and lots of love from a lovely sunny morning here in Wales . xxxxSheila ππ
