please could somebody help me.I am also a member of the ibs network .I suffer really badly with it.the past month I've only received my updates from the lung forum and none at all from ibs

instead I've been receiving updates from thyroid group past week.

I've informed HealthUnlocked and they've advised me to leave ibs forum and then rejoin.can anybody kindly tell me how you leave a community please

by the way I read the lung forum every day and find it informative and interesting.

Best wishes to everybody

Go into the community you want to leave , and if you go to where the box with (Write) is

next to it is a .. ✔ put your cursor over the tick and it will say leave. Click on that and you will have left that community. .

It's not particularly easy to find that information, is it?

Here is a link to the HU help page support.healthunlocked.com/... . Unfortunately, it seems set up to show you how to do the task on a mobile phone, not a tablet or laptop. But there is a link at the bottom of the page for you to ask for more help.

All the best, M.
