hi all on this freezing weather , be careful outside and wrap up , yes I do Rinse, and it’s just occasionally I get the dreaded thrush , I have been told when you have the thrush virus 🦠 ur more likely to have outbreaks even though one rinse, big thanks to all who replied, great site and lovely people . Another thing with thrush is to avoid sugar which feeds it.

I didn't know that maybe that's why I havin trouble alot I do consume alot sugar made me think

Gd advice re outside.its slippy here with v cold temperatures and snowed q heavy overnight. It looks lovely but I'm staying warm,inside )) x
