It's nice to have a good old laugh

Its medicine at it's the best.

But there are some things it's difficult,

For us to laugh at with the rest.

It's all to do with breathing

If your sitting desperate on the floor,

The last thing that you want to hear

Is someone's laughter roar.

But we are made of tough stuff

And while we've gasping there.

We'll probably raise our arm up

And stick two fingers in the air.

Back in the early 1950's I was conscripted into the Royal Engineers to do my two years National Service and part of the training was how to fall without hurting yourself. It's something I've never forgotten, so if I fall I invariably land on my bum and sit there until I've planned how to heave myself upright.

I was taught to fall this way too. Gymnastics in childhood. That and singing helped a lot through the years. Take care.

It depends firstly on how close to the ground your bums already are, so will require individual tuition. 😉
