Any mouthwash gargle will loosen up flem ! I use Seritide spray for long time now. I was diagnost with Bronchiectasis in 2004. Try and walk ten minutes every second day.

I am not sure about mouth washed, but there are a variety of medication that your Gp can prescribe.

If you have a nebulizer, you might try using a saline solution. I use a low .9 dose via nebulizer, and it seems to loosen and help me bring up the mucus. The saline comes in dosed ampules that you pour into your nebulizer. I get them on Amazon.

I take Carbosisteine 2x 3 times a day to loosen phlegm. Works for me xx.Sheila 🫰

Hi I have an acapella device and acetylcysteine effervescent tablets once a day in water to loosen it

Now that you've posted that I'm going to give gargling another try but I keep giving up because I keep gagging any tips on that

Yes. Tap your chest to help loosen it up at the same time then cough to bring it up. Your Seritide spray should help with that too. Its a morning and before bed job...
