Mycophenolate?

Hi, started on Mycophenolate this week. So far, so good apart from a nagging headache.

Anyone on this drug and able to tell me what side effects and benefits to expect?

Hi,I've been on mmf for 3 years ,I honestly can day I've haven't had any side effects ,I have pulmonary fibrosis and also take 5mg of prednisalone, I'm stable thank God, I know it takes a few weeks to start to work ,maybe it's your oxygen levels that is causing the headaches,take care

Hello, I have also started Mycophenolate this week. Have been on prednisone for 6 years. First 3 days I had nausea and low back pain. Only other thing I have noted is my baseline oxygen has dropped slight from 94% to 92%. so a bit more breathless when I start moving. Could be unrelated. I am waiting to see what happens when I increase the dose in a week.

I’ve been on it for just over two years. The dose was increased gradually until my current dose which is 1000mg twice a day. I’m also on prednisone plus a whole load of other drugs. Mycophenalate didn’t produce any side effects.

Hi ,been on this drug for about 3 months, had no side effects but have to say not a lot of improvement in my breathlessness ! I take steroids as well take care x
