Any lung patients in or around Cardiff?

I know there used to be a Breathe Easy group in Cardiff and i just wondered if anyone would like something again?

Navigating the lung world can be quite isolating and i'd love to encourage some fun, social interaction for us all including helpful information or signposting.

If anyone would like a slow paced walk around one of the city parks please let me know, as i'm always available to be a walking buddy!

If you're in or around Cardiff and would like a social club again please comment! My aim is for it to be fun, useful and informative 😊 but also a place where you can chat freely.

Sounds like a good idea, I live in Manchester but would love a walk round the lovely parks in Cardiff, shame its a bit far to travel. I am sure there must be lots of people that would benefit from a group like this. Good luck x
