Great morning then we hit 32 degrees.... home fans on windows shut and feet up π©·π©·
Gorgeous photo but itβs way too hot for me. Iβm relaxing as in Afib at the moment. Xxxβ€οΈβ€οΈ
I was up and out by 5am sorting the dogs it was even warm then ... got back just after 11 and had feet up this afternoon π₯°
Iβm sorry to hear about your AF episode Sassy. I hope itβs settled for you be now and your rt treatment is going as well as it can x
Sorry you have to put up with Afib as well Carole - it's a pain had had it for years.- better relaxing if you can when it comes on xx
Good afte. Itβs way too hot for me. Iβm lying on my bed listening to an audio book with a window open and the curtains shut.
such a beautiful sky .
far too hot for me but it did try to rain this morning and we had sahara sand on the shiny clean washed car.
this was my snow angel bringing me my food order. for the week . then taking me to a meeting immediately after unloading it .
He loves volunteering, and helps out where he can.
I am struggling had to go on oxygen 24/7 . Oxygen very low. On antibiotics and steroids hoping will kick in soon..unable to go out as cant even walk to car so feeling really down. Missing my days out . Hopefully it will cool down soon, sorry for the moan not my usual cheery self but trying to stay Positive. Keep well everyone .xxSheila βππ
I found yesterday a struggle with breathing too and didn't manage very long without oxygen. It looks like today is going to be much the same. I'm hopeful that cooler, easier days are coming and you can get out and about again Sheila x
Hope the weather cools down enough soon, so you don't need the oxygen any more. Don't like to think of you unable to get out. xxxx
Thank you so annoying. Problem is I overthink and go into a Panic attack. These are scary and can last a while. Learned to control them but sometimes that goes out of the window and suffer. Trying to be Positive and get dressed today as in my PJ's not good .take care lots of love xxSheila πβ
Worst kind of heat here yesterday, hot, oppressive but grey and cloudy. My levels are quite low as soon as I move but since being put on the beta blockers for the heart problems I seem to be breathing better and they do help with panic attacks. Hope you feel better quickly. x
Oh Sheila sorry your not feeling great it's this horrible heat gets to us in different ways ...Your not moaning just voicing how you are feel better soon ππ
Respiratory team called. Have to stay in bed and not move around as oxygen dropping. Calling back on Monday praying I will feel much better as scary on times especially with my panic attacks. Thank you and take care lots of love xxSheila π·πβπ
Must be wretched for you; am sorry you're like this. Wonder if you can do relaxing breathing exercises, meditation style? Forgive me if daft suggestion. Take it easy (no option, I know) and do whatever works well for you and follows your Team's advice. Sending love and best wishes. xxxπΊπ»πΌπ·
Almost 1am cant sleep as throat feels like its closing up..praying it gets better soon as shattered. Take care .lots of love xxSheila π·πβ
Sounds wretched for you. Wonder if you've had any sleep, maybe from sheer exhaustion? Hope this doesn't sound too naive, but do you think you could cope with calling 111 and giving them update? Surely you can't carry on like this until you call the Resp Team on Monday? πΉπΉxx
I have all I need at home oxygen, nebuliser, antibiotics, steroids and usual medication If I call 111 or 999 theny will send ambulance because its Respiratory
I will end up in ambulance outside A &E as there are long queues outside All our local hospitals.
I'm not moving around as advised using nebulizer every few hours and 24/7 oxygen.
Thank you for your concern you are very kind I'll try and hang on until Monday.Cooler today so easier on breathing.
Take care lots of love xxSheila π½πβπ
Really glad to hear of better breathing. Any improvement, however slight, is to be regarded as a real success, so please recognise and celebrate the slightly cooler weather! Easy for us to talk, I know. But you're obviously right re 111. Hang on in there. xxπ·π·π·
Yes,Yr panic + anxiety must be tough + in addition affect breathing and 02.hope Yr flare-up soon settles.have u asked if anxiety med can be increased to help u cope .cbt is v gd x
I agree my anxiety is causing my condition to take a turn for the worse. My Panic attacks are scary and I really feel its the end of the road., struggling to catch my breath and my heart rate rising .I've always been able to control the anxiety attacks but this time they are more severe than ever.
I am the Positive one but this has dragged me down and made me depressed .
Fingers crossed ill be back up there soon and enjoying my shopping trips. ππthank you lots of love xxSheila1πβ
What a lovely, serene scene Bb. Quite agree about the heat!
It look like a very still day BB which doesn't help when its hot. Just checked the forecast and it looks like showers all week next week so make the most of this short lived break, think I have washed everything in the house lol . Its difficult hobbling round on my stick but coping. Feel sorry for the dogs with all that fur x
A good idea to be up so early. We should copy the Spanish when it's so hot. I expect the dogs appreciate it too. xxx
Best part of the day early morning me and Stan used to wander in the woods when it was cool first thing didn't mind the dark π₯°
That conjures up a lovely picture. I hope Sadie is recovering well from her op. xxxx
I store my memories of him right where I need to and I can open my memory box in my head and close the lid when I need to .. he's on every walk with us I have his paw prints on me always ...Sadies doing just fine she's allowed off lead as of yesterday so skipped into the nearest bog she's sleeping more comfortably without the cone .... so very much mending no group walks for a while still to keep an eye on her and no heavy gun dog training as yet xxβ€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ
Yes indeed. Thanks yet again for another beautiful photo. Was dog-sitting here yesterday and waited all day for my electric fan to arrive from Amazon! Ended up cooling the dog (a Havanese) with a handheld fan and tempting him to water with treats half in half out of water bowl. He must have felt like the Sheikh of Araby by end of day!But was good opportunity to catch up on reading in the shade (what there was of it!). Stay cool everyone.

Such a serene place but one can imagine the heat. 27 here is more than enough.
I found Tuesday hard. Was at our sons house minding the 2 boys (age 3 &2) No through air. Too hot in the back garden as no shade and plastic grass. Our own garden is like 2 different continents. Very hot on the patio and lovely shade on the grass in the afternoon oh to be by the sea on days like this. Iβm also struggling a bit with coughing and headache that wonβt go away Sinuses bit congested The Sahara dust is still in the air and air pollution is supposed to be bad today again - Friday
What a gorgeous photo bb. Fantastic colours youβve captured. Wish I had your energy at the mo. Cuddles to Sadie Sunshine xx
Thanks my lovely... Sadie cuddles done she's 2 weeks post op today and can now be off lead and the cone of shame can go ... I took her for an hours walk this morning and she slept for 3.5 hours after she must have been so comfortable without her cone on ... the little bugger chewed up her crate bed and blankets so now she gets nothing as she was eating them π±
Tuesday sounds awful even though you had the grandkids have them at yours next time least its your own home and you have garden shade I hate that plastic grass stuff π€£π€£
I hope you feel better soon take care xxxx
Thanks bb. I remember when Sam ate his bedding so he had to sleep on the floor for a while. Little rascals. Arenβt they? Glad sheβs recovered xx
She's not having another bed she seems to sleep really well on hard cold surfaces ...my floors are tiled and she loves them even in her crate in the van she kicks them away so I'm not going to buy something she's just going to chew...its the first thing she's really damaged to be fair so I'm not fussed over it... she can be a devil but that's ok π©·π©·π©·
Lovely photo. Too hot for dogs too. Molly gets very impatient for her walk when she has to wait for it to cool down.
It's not great this is why I get up first thing and head off while it's cooler.... less people around and the forest is soooo quiet π€« tell Molly she can have a puppa cup π₯€ if she behaves π₯°
Sheβs had a lovely swim in the sea this afternoon. I think a puppa cup would have rounded the day off nicely for her.
Absolutely they love them I make frozen ones with fruit and yoghurt π₯° sounds wonderful having a swim in the sea did you get in with her π

Wow! Thatβs a beautiful view. Is that from where you live?
Yes it's my local beach β±οΈ
