Does sutures dissolve like the ones placed internally on lungs, heart , and etc ?

Some sutures disolve, some don't. It largely depends where they are used externally.

In my limited experience some which are supposed to dissolve don't always. They need a gentle tweak to remove them.

It is my understanding there are two types of sutures, one type dissolves and the other type must be removed. If they are the type that need to be removed your doctor would tell you and schedule an appointment to have them removed. I can’t say for sure but it would seem unlikely a doctor would use a suture that has to be removed on anything internally as it would require them to open you up to remove the sutures.
