If anyone wants to come on board this is my group page obviously some of you will know I suffer a great deal of anxiety well I've suffered mental health all my life with a lot of traumas want none of you new was I tried taking my life last year and I was detained under the mental health act twice..... I'm telling my story and I've also said that I'm writing a book im getting stronger each day feel free to have a look

Congratulations, you deserve every success. I have never suffered from mental illness or anxiety but plenty of other things to deal with. I recognize courage and determination and i salute you. X
Hi Bryan, I'm so pleased things are on the up for you at last and glad you're getting keyhole surgery for the hiatus - that can be such a sneaky b..... and really affects lungs. Very sorry that you had too much to cope with last year, please don't do it again!! People on here care very much about you. Mental health is really hard to cope up especially when you have chronic condition/s. I hope you hold on what ever the circumstances may be. I am also dealing with anxiety due to my condition. Its hard but life must goes on. In every problem, there is a solution. Hope you're okay. x
