Swollen ankles and legs ?

After reading a post where so many suffer with swelling and don't feel that doctors are helping,much .... I've just checked out You Tube and they do have an abundance of exercise videos, so if you haven't already done it, ts well worth getting You TubeSimply Enter in search bar 'exercises for swollen ankles'

I have bronchiectasis and asthma. I had swollen ankles/legs for years, had to keep putting them up through the day as they felt so heavy, then my inhaler was changed from Seretide to Fostair and a lot of the swelling stopped. I'm not sure if it was Seretide causing it or if it was because it wasn't really helping my breathing anymore, or maybe the fact that my breathing was so much better on Fostair. I wear grade 2 support socks as I also have an old injury on one leg.
