hi all , just asking has anyone tried air fit?

I have instinctual lung disease wondered if it would help with my breathlessness many thanks

Do you mean the 'lung exercise device' that is being advertised a lot lately! For £30 odd it's very expensive when there are other methods and devices available on prescription.

I'm sorry I don't know the names!🤦‍♀️ Mine was prescribed by the respiratory physio to use with the active cycle of breathing to clear my chest. Some members here do singing and harmonica playing to help keep their lungs, and themselves, healthy. I do yoga and pilates.
