it’s interesting - although I read the article and still couldn’t quite work out “ why?”! Just that the measurable change happened, albeit in a study of a small number of participants. And I’m happy to try anything, and did find pulmonary rehab very beneficial on several levels.

Can anyone enlighten me?

I found it interesting, though like beech I wasn't sure why. Still Pulmonary Rehab has worked for a lot of us; that's the main thing.

To be honest I couldn't even make sense of the article. It was far too technical for me and if it puts people off going to PR then I can't say that's a good idea'
