TB with knowing

so I was told in December 2022 I’ve had TB as I have lung scarring…. This was after 2 chest X-rays and a CT scan…. Even the scanners said I was bronchial not asthmatic… anyway anyone else been diagnosed with out knowing you’ve had TB?

I was diagnosed as having had TB when I was at school and they were going to give me the TB jab. I wasn’t allowed it. The family had to go for tests after to make sure they never had it. Apparently when I had pneumonia at four or five years old the pneumonia bug must have killed off the TB. I know I had been pretty I’ll at the time.

Yes, my late husband Bob had had TB in the 1960s, probably when working with the Ministry of Agriculture culling cattle on farms during the foot and mouth epidemic. His wasn't diagnosed until he had plural cavity cancer in the late 1970s. He survived the ops with a spectacular remission, and lived on until 2003.
