Bloating

For the last few months I have been getting bloating which seemed to have started when I was prescribed folic Acid tablets .Even though i have stopped the tablets I am still getting bloated.

I have found that by using my Fostair Nexthaler 200/6 in the morning not only stops the bloating occurring but also rapidly returns my stomach back to normal if I am already bloated

The problem is that I cant use my Fostair in the morning because of the side effects I get

I'm sorry I can't help but that does sound odd. Hopefully someone will come along who can help.

Its rather spooky as after taking a puff of Fostair you can see my belly going back to normal size. I wish it would keep on going as I do need to loose weight

Hi, I have to take Folic Acid 5mg I daily for four weeks after taking antibiotic Septrin Forte, never had any issues with it. I have to Nebulise for hour twice daily using Philips InnoSpire Deluxe. Best regards. Jean

Hi Edam,

I wonder if you are over breathing - this can cause air to trap in our tummies and fostair would have helped - just a thought
