Is the cardiac chemical stress test safe if you have COPD

Hi, I had a drug induced cardiac stress test in 2016 with no problems at all. At that time I had severe emphysema, now progressed to very severe.

Yes it is safe. Pete had it done around 5 years ago and was fine. He has severe chronic bronchitis. X

My hubby and I both have copd, I only have 1 lung so I had the drug induced stress test whilst hubby had the treadmill one. Both of us were fine.

I have Bronchiectasis, and have had it done, never had any complications, so I'm sure you will be fine.

I have bronchiectasis & had a stress test in 2021. It was fine.

Husband has PF and had that stress echo test done a few weeks ago with no problems. He said he didn't like the racing heart sensation but that's all.

Yes had it a few times I have bronchectasis as well as heart failure
