It's been lovley thankyou Santa Paws πΎ was very kind ... he got a new donut bed and blanket... new bow tie which he lost in the sea and a special treat for dinner today ...Hope your having the best time also π
My sister sent me a video of my great niece paddling in the sea in Australia. I think the water may be a bit warmer there. Love your scene as always xx
Oh I know we got family having a BBQ sent to us by video....Its definitely a tad warmer there than here ... hope you had a lovley Christmas π

Family day today which was lovley π©΅ Christmas was spent at home and Christmas dinner was steaks in a peppered sauce with mushrooms onions and chips ... Stan will not be getting anymore steak he loved it but it didn't love him back π
That all sounds really lovely apart from Stan and the steak.π We had a family day today and yesterday. All good fun if a bit chaotic. Xxβ€οΈππ

He went in very quickly and came out again enough to get wet allover and then got covered in sand ... Nice warm shower when we got home sorted him π

It's amazing what changes your body goes through when out of a normal routine I hadn't walked for a few days until today ... when not walking daily I start to feel very sluggish...My son goes swimming New years day with a load of crazies ...

Aaaw just love him, he looks like he's deciding whether to go in or not. I need to blow the cobwebs away haven't been out as my hip has been so painful to even stand, but think thats making it worse, need to work through the pain threshhold and move. Going out with a friend later so that will do it x
You have my sympathy. My hip was really bad a while ago. Found it painful to stand. Physio daughter in law gave me some exercises that helped Hope itβs getting less painful xxπ€
Thank you watergazer. I usually do exercises but just cant put the leg back at the moment its too painful. I really could do with an injection but that takes time to organise which i will do next week x
I'm sorry to hear you having pain ... could you maybe do a little gentle chair yoga to at least keep muscle from wasting... There is nothing worse when your not feeling well..Have a lovely time with your friend enjoy π
You are in a lovely area to walk Blackbird!. I spent Boxing day alone but had a lovely walk in Richmond park before it got too cold. Had a nice Christmas day with my Ex and her parents (we are still friends ;)) I have a son but he was working in AMU for Christmas so coudn't see my only blood relative 
I can't go out waliking with people because I hold them up and having pleasant conversation is impossible when I am constantly out of breath. At least I can walk short distances!
Ahhh your walk sounds lovley perfect before its gets chilly ...Big bonus your still friends with your ex and family company is good but I like my alone time away from everyone even the husband ππ

i have just spent 12 days trying to walk with drip stand in one hand and catheter bag in other . back at home now and walking is very unsteady with no prospect of going further than front door.
lovely.no love being near the sea. My dog would be in there. Winter or not.
He went in as he adores the water but I think due to his age he felt the cold a bit so came out and rolled in the sand π
probably not good for him in the winter now heβs older. Although you wouldnβt keep mine out when he was older or when he was young. He just loved water.

It's heart warming to see him.he makes me smile.my sister has a 16mth old cocker spaniel.they r such intelligent characters - he knows everything we say to him.whn I dog sit,he accepts my nebuliser+ventilater and their noises xxx
Awww a baby but yes they are very intelligent and aware of their surroundings you must enjoy looking after it for your sister...sorry for saying it I don't know if they are a he or a she ...

Yes i do.hes lovely.hes used to me + apart frm walks,which I can't do,I keep him in sisters routine.its only for 1or2nights.i do enjoy it but makes me realise I'm not up to having 1 myself.best of both worlds.xx
Nice to see Stan looking so alert. He's definitely braver than me. Glad you had such a fine Christmas- first bustle and sociability, then a lovely quiet walk.
