Hi, Bluefoot. Sorry, I haven't come across this medication before. Are you being treated for pulmonary arterial hypertension as a result of your scleroderma? From the manufacturer's posts on the internet, it sounds as if it's been prescribed to help improve your exercise capability but takes 6 to 12 weeks of use before the improvement can be measured.

I could be wrong, but I don’t think this is licensed in the UK as yet, and the majority of the members here are UK based. I believe treprostinil, which is the active ingredient, is currently only licensed for use as an IV infusion over here.
