asthma
Feel the same way. Some days are worse than others, some nights are just the same as the days. Mine is coupled with coughing and bringing up phlem, loads of it, and burping. Goes on for ages that I just can't get a breath and now drastically reducing my mobility.

That must be a horrible sensation am so sorry to hear that. Please contact your GP or if very breathless seek immediate medical attention.
There is also an asthma helpline who are very good .
Hope that you get the help you need promptly.
Sometimes, when it's really humid.
I get it occasionally. I use a hand held fan to my mouth or my nebuliser. Try not to be too active. Hope it's just temporary and gets better.
I dont have this all day everyday, but have noticed this last few weeks that I am gasping a bit more and have put this down to not having enough walks. The weather has been too hot to walk around but I feel that not moving around isnt exercising my heart and lungs so am making an effort to walk more now that the weather is cooling down. Sounds like you should have a talk with your doctor x
Hope this will soon go away.
