I think if you have used your relever and are still strugling you should get some help. You may need a neb to help get you back on track.

When breathing pattern disorder had a grip of me yes. But now I do respiratory physiotherapy breathing techniques no unless exacerbation.

Did you speak with your GP/asthma nurse Colby? If so, what was the outcome? Have they prescribed you anything extra?

I live in the US in Wisconsin and between the heat and the high mold count the asthma has been horrible!! Using my inhaler often! Take care and I hope you are doing better real soon

The heat here in the UK has exacerbated my asthma and has certainly increased air pollution - I can almost taste it!

Fortunately for me taking additional reliever inhaler plus using air filter has helped. I'd definitely phone the Dr. if you have no relief, Colby.

You may be having an exacerbation needing a course of steroids or perhaps there's something in the air causing allergic reaction or perhaps your asthma isn't sufficiently controlled needing a tweak to inhalers. Have you contacted your respiratory nurse? Or you could call the helpline, number under 'About' above
