what a morning

hi , my Aussie landlord came to visit today and brought me some kangaroo mince round his brother brought over from Australia. So I've made an authentic Aussie pie with kangaroo mince onion mushroom And sweetcorn . I've also made a dozen sausage rolls 😄 😂 this is before cooking

I had kangaroo 🦘 in a roast once. It was under false pretence and I probably wouldn’t have tried it if I’d known beforehand. It tasted kind of similar to beef I thought!

How did they manage to get kangaroo mince from Australia into Greece?

I'm not allowed to disclose but I do know that it can be bought here anyway along with ostrich . But I guess in a ice pack in suitcase , because of covid security is not so tight as in most countries due to staff issues

I was even given how to make a proper pie , they put loads of tomato sauce in the pie before putting the lid on and cooking

I tried the meat before I added the tomato sauce and it's really nice it's an Aussie kinda gravy we put tomato sauce on the outside of pies they put it inside 😂😂😂 it actually works 😂😂

I was surprised myself because I have never heard of it but my landlord is Australian and my Greek friend at local cafe lived in Australia and he said yes they use it like the Brit's use gravy 😂😂😂

I love making fruit pie's I'm making a pear and peach pie over the weekend and have some squirty cream on hand 😂 just got to watch out for strange helicopter's and my Dutch friend because both will home in on my pie 😂😂😂
